BEAUTY AND PROPAGANDA
Beauty and Propaganda was my first love and first venture into entrepreneurship. A business that blended beauty services with expressive branding. Launching and running the business taught me valuable lessons in leadership, operations, budgeting, marketing, and client retention.
I gained firsthand experience negotiating leases, managing vendors, and understanding the importance of location, foot traffic, and buildout—insights that naturally sparked my interest in commercial real estate.
